Housing Disrepair Fee Earner/Solicitor

Miller Grace Recruitment are currently working with a well established multi-service law firm based in Merseyside that are recruiting for an experienced Housing Disrepair Fee Earner or Solicitor. The firm work across multiple areas of law but are looking to grow their reputable HDR department given a rise in quality work. The successful candidate will manage a full caseload of Housing matters both litigated and pre litigated with a caseload size varying around 100 to 120 files. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years experience working within HDR and experience managing a full caseload including litigated work. The key responsibilities of this role are: * Managing a full HDR Caseload * Litigating on such cases * Instructing counsel on matters that progress to trail * Liasing with the team and directors * Maintaining valuable relationships with client In return the firm can offer an excellent working culture with genuine progression within alongside an excellent package including 26 days holiday, private medical care, gym membership and death in service.
